Defining your work

Feeling defined by the job you are doing, is sometimes a price to pay in the road to seniority.

It’s the senior’s responsibility (not a privilege) to define the job to be done and the junior’s duty to have it done.

The privilege of owning the work though, is something anyone can take, regardless of the job, phase in the road or recognition received.

Defining work, though, is the ultimate symbiotic experience with art: While on a mission, a «how» and «why» comes out of you, gets exposed (accepted or rejected depending on your mastery stage) and comes back with meaning to you and the rest.

Continue the path towards the definition of hard work. Nevermind the job.

I’ll now publish to see what comes back.
